How can we tell the condition of your used items
Our used items have numerous photos and are described well.
They are also rated 1 - 5 stars. A description of what each star rating stands for is decribed here.
Used Item Rating
If I buy many items will you combine postage?
Yes we will and refund any saving.
Will the item be packaged well to reduce the risk of damage?
Yes it will. We will wrap the item in bubble wrap and then protective cardboard or cardboard paper.
We have packed all our sold items with this method and found to have had no damage.
Some of the items we have sold have been very delicate.
I noticed you state “Paypal only”, please can I pay by cheque or postal order?
Sorry no. We sell on ebay part time and due to other work and personal commitments we do not have the time to drive to town, park, walk to the bank and wait in queues, sorry.
I live local to Walsall, if I win or buy can I collect to save on postage?
Yes you can but to be arranged - payment required first though please.
Will you post overseas to [country] and can I have a postage price to [country]?
Yes we will post to [country]. Sorry due to the number of enquiries we cannot give you a price but please self price. - please see notes below. Please note custom duty may need to be paid to countries outside the EU.
We live local to Walsall can I come and view other items you may have?
Sorry no, we list everything on ebay and our website. We do not have a shop at present.
Sorry, I didnt see your "Important note" please can you post my item today?
We will try as we will always try and help but as we said we sell part time and have other part time work and personal commitments and it does depend on if we are able to go to the post office or wait in all day for courier pickup.
Do I have to register with you to buy?
No we use Paypal cart where the buyer uses their own paypal account.
What company do you use to post your item?.
We use Royal Mail recorded normally 2nd class up to weights of approximately 2kg. Over 2kg we use a courier who collects the day after our order and delivers the day after that.
Do you post the same day?
No sorry We only sell part time due to other commitments therefore only post Monday and Thursday afternoons. If your item requires a courier we only have a collection on a Tuesday. Please see our delivery page for a full explanation.
Do you post to Northern Ireland?
Royal Mail delivers to the UK including Northern Ireland. We use Royal Mail for items up to approximately 2kg. For over 2kg (approx) we use a courier who only delivers to mainland UK which does NOT include Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann and similar. Please see our delivery/postage page for instructions.
